POLICY

Selling Policy

  • All terms, conditions, discounts and prices are subject to change without prior notification.

  • All dealerships must be pre-approved by Formation Creation. All approved dealers are required to adhere to all set forth policies.

  • Formation Creation reserves the right to terminate any dealer that violates stated policy.

  • In order to maintain the integrity of Formation Creation all dealers must comply with our MAP (minimum advertised price) policy when selling Formation Creation products online. MAP is MSRP.

  • Domain names which utilize Formation Creation’s name are prohibited without previous written permission from Formation Creation.

 

Product Return Policy

  • All product returned to Formation Creation MUST have prior authorization. Any return without a pre-issued RGA (returned goods authorization) will be refused.

  • Issued RGA’s are not a guarantee of credit. Returns must be received by Formation Creation within 30 days of RGA being issued. Returns are subject to inspection in order to determine whether returned product falls under acceptable return guidelines.

  • Acceptable return guidelines:

a.   Returned product must be in original factory sealed package, undamaged.

b. Returned product must be on the most current price list, we will not accept the return of discontinued product.

c.  Returned Product will only be accepted 30 days from purchase.

d.  A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless return is due to an error on Formation Creations behalf.

  • All products are thoroughly checked for accuracy in packaging and quality control is closely monitored prior to leaving the factory. Formation Creation must be informed of any freight damage or freight shortages the same day product is received from the carrier.  We must have pictures showing the damage. Without pictures Formation Creation will not be able to file a claim therefore we will not be able to issue you credit.

  • Returns due to defect must be requested thru our warranty process. A warranty claim form must be filled out and processed prior to receiving an RGA. Defective product must be  received by Formation Creation within 30 days of RGA being issued. Upon receipt of return Formation Creation will inspect the merchandise. If found the product was damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or improper installation credit will not be given. Should you want product sent back you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Order cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to shipments. Cancelations must be emailed or faxed. No verbal cancelations.

Freight Program

  • We understand that shipping costs can be a bit burdensome so Formation Creation would like to help as much as possible. We created a four-tier freight allowance policy. The larger the order the deeper freight allowance Formation Creation can assist with.  

TIER 1: $2,500  25% FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

TIER 2: $5,000  50% FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

TIER 3: $7,500  75% FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

TIER 4: $10,000  100% FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

  • Freight allowance will be based on pretax amount.

Display Program

  • Static displays will receive a 25% display credit. If sold off the floor, replacement will be at standard dealer cost.

  • Live burning displays will receive a 50% display credit.

  • Displays must be on dealer floor for a minimum of 12 months.
